Before commencing any Product Photography with Mediumms., you (The Client) must take the time to read and understand the Product Photography Policy. The Client MUST agree to these conditions before purchasing a Product Photography package or accepting any custom quote. 

Size Restrictions
Mediumms. can take product photos up to 11in x 11in x 11in, any products larger than this size will not be able to be used for product photography at this time. This size applies to all products, group shots, gift boxes/bundles/sets. If The Client requires a group shot of products or photography of boxes/bundles/sets, ALL products must fit within this 11in x 11in x 11in size restriction. If The Client has a product larger than this, they MUST contact Mediumms. before purchasing a photography package to ensure the products fit into the set.

Payments
All payments for Product Photography packages must be made in full before the commencement of the photography studio session. Any additional images not purchased before the photography shoot may be purchased after The Client has been given the watermarked pictures. All product photography is to be paid online via the Mediumms. website or invoiced and paid upon a custom quote before any Product Photography project commences. Larger photography shoots may have alternative payment options; however, this MUST be discussed before receiving a custom quote. 

Timeframe
The process of Product Photography differs between different clients. Mediumms. will endeavour to have product pictures taken, edited and watermarked images provided to The Client within 14-21 business days. This timeframe may unintentionally be delayed for various reasons; however, Mediumms. will notify The Client if any delays occur.

Opting Out of Return Shipping
When customizing their package, The Client can select whether or not they would like to have their products returned. If The Client selects the option “No (Keep and enjoy)”, The Client understands that they are transferring ownership of any items/products/props etc.. that they have provided to Mediumms. for the Product Photography package, to Mediumms.. Mediumms. have the right to use, resell or distribute the products however they would like. The Client understands that this transfer will occur upon delivery of their final images and cannot be reverted after this process, as Mediumms. may have used The Client’s products/items/props etc.

The Client understands that if the “No Keep and enjoy)” option is selected, The Client will have no option to revert this unless specified to Mediumms. in writing via Email to summer@mediumms.com before The Clients items/products/props etc. have arrived to Mediumms..

Mediumms. is under no obligation to keep The Client’s products/items/props etc. for future Photography shoots unless it has been discussed with Mediumms. and recorded in writing via Email to summer@mediumms.com. If Mediumms. is holding The Client’s products/items/props etc., Mediumms. will hold the items for a maximum of 3 months from the date of the delivery of the final images of the previous shoot. After this time, Mediumms. will contact The Client to organize return shipping (at The Client’s expense) or to transfer ownership of the products/items/props etc. to Mediumms.. Please note that if 7 days lapse with no response from The Client, The Client understands and agrees that their products/items/props etc. are transferred to Mediumms. where Mediumms. have the right to use, resell or distribute the products however they would like.

Shipping and Returns
When customizing their package, The Client can select whether or not they would like to have their products returned. If The Client chooses to have their products returned, a return shipping fee of $25 will apply for products weighing under 6 lbs. For products weighing more than 6 lbs., an additional fee will be invoiced on top of the base fee, which must be paid before the parcel is sent. It is important to note that Mediumms. is not obligated to return the products if The Client changes their mind after opting not to return them.

Upon purchasing a Product Photography package, Mediumms. will email The Client detailed information on shipping their products to us. We kindly request that The Client does not give the authority to leave the package unattended and provides Mediumms. with the tracking details once the parcel has been lodged.

Mediumms. recommends that The Client carefully selects their products to prevent dings, dents, or scratches during shipping. It is important to securely pack the products using tissue paper and bubble wrap in reusable packaging, as these materials provide optimal protection. Using these materials will help prevent the products from rubbing against each other, causing marks, and being covered in dust from shredded packaging materials. Shredded papers, cardboard, paper, and packing foam should be avoided unless the products are individually wrapped in tissue paper or bubble wrap first. Please ensure the items are packaged into a rigid box, as Mediumms. will reuse all packaging materials to return the products. If the products arrive damaged, Mediumms. will notify The Client; however, we will not be held responsible for fixing damaged products, editing out scratches, packaging dust, or other potential product issues. If such damages occur, The Client may be required to send additional items at their own expense.

The Client must enclose or email a reference list to Mediumms. noting the items that have been sent and those that need to be returned. Upon the arrival of The Client's products at Mediumms., we will promptly contact The Client to confirm receipt and inform them of any product issues that may have arisen during delivery.

If The Client has included return delivery in their package, Mediumms. will repack the products using the reusable packaging provided by The Client and arrange the return shipping via UPS, a courier service. If the parcel's weight exceeds the 6 lbs limit, The Client will be required to pay the total shipping price, not just the difference between the full and 6 lbs prices.

The Client will receive the UPS parcel tracking information via email after the return parcel is lodged. 

Mediumms. will not assume responsibility for any broken or damaged items during the delivery service chosen by The Client. If Mediumms. notifies The Client of any damages or problems due to delivery, it is The Client's responsibility to follow up with their chosen delivery service. While at the Mediumms. studio, all products will be treated and stored with the utmost care to ensure that The Client receives the returned products in the same condition as they were initially sent. We will use The Client's original packaging for the return shipment. If the packaging is damaged, an alternative form of packaging will be selected, and the products will be wrapped appropriately.

Mediumms. will not take responsibility for any broken or damaged items returned due to UPS delivery service. UPS has their own coverage policy regarding various product damages. For more information on cover policy, please refer to their website.

In the event of any issues with the quality of UPS's service, The Client should contact Mediumms. We will attempt to follow up on the problem with UPS and provide assistance to resolve the issue.

If The Client wishes for Mediumms. not to use UPS for the return shipment, The Client understands and agrees that they will be responsible for covering any shipping costs associated with an alternate service. The total amount of the shipping costs must be paid in advance before Mediumms. can arrange the return shipment.

Postage Biosecurity Regulations
Clients wishing to send products across state borders must be aware of biosecurity regulations. Mediumms. does not accept responsibility for any issues with biosecurity if state borders prevent any movement of The Client's products into different states. Mediumms. recommends not selecting products that may propose a biosecurity issue when sending across state borders. Any additional biosecurity costs to receive/deliver/return The Client's products are to be paid in full by The Client. 

Local Drop-off/Pick-up
Upon purchasing a Product Photography package, Mediumms. will email The Client with all the information regarding shipping their products to us. Mediumms. accepts local drop-off and pick-up of products in the Brisbane area; however, these must be arranged with The Client before drop-off. The 30cm x 30cm size restriction applies to all items per this policy's "Size Restrictions" section. Mediumms. will not be responsible for picking up or dropping off products for The Client.

Local Drop-off with Return Shipping via UPS
Upon purchasing a Product Photography package, Mediumms. will email The Client with all the information regarding shipping their products to us. Mediumms. accepts local drop-off and pick-up of products in the Brisbane area; however, these must be arranged with The Client before drop-off. The 30cm x 30cm size restriction applies to all items per this policy's "Size Restrictions" section. Mediumms. will not be responsible for picking up products for The Client.

If The Client chooses to have the products shipped back after dropping off the products, The Client is responsible for providing all packaging materials for shipping. Mediumms. does not hold/store shipping materials; therefore, The Client understands they will be required to cover these additional costs. If this option has been chosen, Mediumms. will cover the cost of shipping ONE parcel up to 6 lbss.

Image Creation
The Client agrees that Mediumms may make any alterations to the content that Mediumms. deem appropriate, including, but not limited to, colour adjustments, brightness adjustments, distortion removal, corrections, and any other alterations as necessary. The content is Mediumms.'s artistic interpretation of The Client's products. Mediumms. does not guarantee that the content will be a perfectly accurate representation of The Client's products. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the content is appropriate for the final intended use and doesn't misrepresent The Client's products. Mediumms. will not be liable for any claims by The Client or any third party that the content is an inaccurate representation of the products.

Client Input
The Client may elect to provide creative direction over lighting, arrangement, camera angles and specific colours for background and props. The Client is not necessarily required to give any direction on any of the creative aspects of the project; however, if they choose to provide such input, it MUST be provided before the commencement of the photography shoot. Any elements of the photography package that The Client has not provided a specific direction will be left up to the judgment of Mediumms. Mediumms will do their best to ensure that the photography will be in a similar theme to The Client's existing colours/themes of their brand unless specified otherwise by The Client.

If The Client purchases a predetermined package from the Mediumms website, The Client MUST provide all creative input/direction in the required fields. If Mediumms. have any issues with anything provided by The Client, Mediumms. will contact The Client to discuss before progressing.

If The Client is purchasing a photography package from a provided quote, creative input/direction MUST be discussed with Mediumms. in advance and recorded on the quotation and reflected on the invoice. 

It is a requirement that The Client provides Mediumms. with a mood board (e.g. Pinterest) showing a close representation of what they would like Mediumms. to produce. This must be given to Mediumms. before the commencement of the photography shoot.

All creative input provided by The Client may not be achievable within the studio capabilities at Mediumms.; however, Mediumms. will contact the Client before the commencement of the photography shoot. By submitting payment for predetermined packed via the website or the provided invoice, The Client agrees that the quote and invoice correctly describe the work The Client would like Mediumms. to perform.

Additional Information
Fresh props (flowers, fruit etc.), Water/Ripple photography, modelled shots or custom Photoshop are NOT included in standard predetermined photography packages listed on the Mediumms. website. These images MUST be discussed with Mediumms. before the commencement of a photography shoot and will be quoted and invoiced accordingly. If The Client does not pay for this type of photography, Mediumms. is not obligated to provide this type of photography for The Client, regardless of whether it has been displayed in the Client's mood boards etc.

Delivery of Watermarked Images and Client Review Period
Upon completion of the Photography Session, The Client will be given the edited watermarked images within 10-14 business days, where The Client will receive an email invitation via Pixieset to view the image gallery. Mediumms. allow 14 Days (TWO weeks) for The Client to review and provide comments on the delivered images if required. The Client will be required to choose the amount of included images within their package and any additional images.

Reshoots and Edits
During the review period, The Client may contact Mediumms. to request changes such as a reshoot, edit or additional photos. Upon request, Mediumms. will reshoot or edit free of charge, providing the following circumstances are met:

a. Work was not completed as specified on the website purchase order, quote, invoice and shot list. If Mediumms. has made any errors and delivered work which does not include what was specified on the website purchase order, quote and invoice, Mediumms. will reshoot or edit the work as needed to correct the error(s). If The Client does not specify what they would like in terms of styles, colours, angles, etc., at the beginning of the project as per the "Client Input" section in this policy agreement, Mediumms. will not make any changes free of charge.

b. The Client requests images to be edited. Mediumms. can perform ONE (1) round of minor editing without doing a reshoot (colour, tone, minor blemishes, contrast, exposure, etc.), free of charge. If The Client does not specify what they would like in terms of styles, colours, angles, etc., at the beginning of the project, Mediumms. will not make any changes free of charge.

Some change requests made during the review period may require an additional charge. If Mediumms. have photographed images as described on the website purchase order, quote and/or invoice. Still, if The Client would like to see them changed, such as different lighting, camera angle, arrangement, or anything else that requires them to be re-shot, Mediumms. will quote an additional charge to cover the cost of reshooting them.

Delivery of Final Product Photography Images
After The Client has elected not to make any changes during the review process and has selected their chosen images, Mediumms. will provide The Client with a link to download the images. The expiry of the download link will state how long The Client has to download their images. 

The Pixieset gallery will remain active for two weeks (14 days) after the release of the images, should The Client choose to view the watermarked images again and select more for purchase.

Mediumms. recommends that The Client downloads all chosen images as soon as they can download the images and makes backup copies of the images in case of data loss. After the Pixieset Gallery is no longer available, The Client will no longer have access to view any images, and an archival fee may apply to retrieve any images again. 

While Mediumms. makes every effort to ensure the availability, stability and security of Pixieset, we cannot guarantee that it will be secure against all attacks. The Client agrees that Mediumms. are not responsible for loss associated with the content's availability, security, or confidentiality through the chosen Image Hosting Service. 

Mediumms. are not obligated to store or archive any content for The Client; therefore, they cannot guarantee that all of The Client's images will be available for future purchase or downloads. Mediumms. recommends that any images The Client wishes to obtain are purchased within the allocated timeframe that the images are available. 

All images will be archived after the Pixieset Gallery has expired; however, recovery costs may apply if The Client chooses to purchase more images or gain access to the images again. Archived images may be stored for up to 6 months as of the date of the Photography Shoot. After this time, images may be deleted from our database. 

The paid photographs are licensed for The Client to use royalty-free upon final delivery. The Client can distribute paid pictures however and wherever they like without paying Mediumms. royalties for the image use. Mediumms. retains all copyrights for the delivered photos. The photographs may NOT be re-sold to any third party without written permission from Mediumms.

Termination/Refunds
Mediumms. schedules other Client projects around The Client's photography booking, and therefore, if The Client chooses to terminate their job, Mediumms. will need to retain part or the total amount to accommodate for the loss of projects.

If The Client purchases (pays in full) a Product Photography package and chooses to terminate before sending their products to Mediumms., Mediumms. will only refund 50% of the total cost paid. If the products have been sent to Mediumms., and The Client wishes to terminate before the studio session has started, Mediumms. will refund 50% of the total cost of the package paid and will charge The Client the total cost of the return postage as per UPS's postage costs. No products will be returned to The Client unless the return postage payment has been made in full. Once a studio session has begun, no refunds will be issued for change of mind if The Client chooses to terminate before the completion of the project. The cost of return postage will be covered up to 6 lbs as per the shipping and returns section of this Product Photography Policy. 

If The Client does not like any of the images provided by Mediumms., there will be no refund for a change of mind. Any reshoots will be charged according to the Reshoots section of this Product Photography Policy. If the Client chooses any photos and has been given the final images, no refunds or changes can be made due to the digital nature of product photography images. If The Client wishes to purchase any additional images, they can do so at the cost per image.

On occasions where Mediumms. believe they have not delivered a service or images at a high enough standard/quality, Mediumms. may offer The Client a partial refund; however, this is up to the discretion of Mediumms. 

Waiver
Mediumms. reserves the right to change the Product Photography Policy as the Product Photography service evolves. Upon payment of the selected Product Photography package via the Mediumms. website or accepting the custom quote provided by Mediumms., The Client agrees to the terms outlined in this Product Photography Policy on the date of purchase or signing.

By purchasing one of Mediumms's Product Photography packages via the Mediumms. Website, The Client understands and agrees to the conditions outlined in this Product Photography Policy.
